All sailors must have third party insurance of at least £2,000,000 and be a member of the UKWA & or RYA prior to going afloat. Competitors go afloat at their own risk. The organising body and those individuals and or clubs hosting events shall not be responsible for the safety of those taking part. Any competitor under 15 must have their entry form signed by a parent or guardian. Competitors under 17 at 31st December shall wear adequate personal buoyancy.
