Parking will be Permitted @ £5.00 per night. The new regional marquee will be
up so bring the BQ.

For all those who have considered slalom racing but never quite felt confident enough to give it a go this is the event for you. No ranking points, no series to consider just a one off fun event with prizes. We will cater for all ages, all abilities and all equipment. The standard three fleets will apply plus a junior open fleet to include any other junior sailor wanting to join in. If in doubt give Bob a call on 07889-161780. Racing will be designed to suit conditions, off the beach, figure of 8 or downwind.

limit to the amount of equipment that can be used. If there is no wind forecast come anyway and bring your course racing kit we will run training and practice racing. Sunday (First

is the final round of the UKWA Midland Region 2008 series. The event will
consist of a number of rounds of course racing approx 4 followed by The Autumn
Marathon. This is an opportunity to race around the Famous Rutland Water
Marathon Course. For our junior sailors a smaller Marathon course will be put in
place. Whitwell has excellent rigging with a large expanse of grass. A friendly
race team and good all round facilities makes this an exciting event to take
part in. Do not pay at the gate; tell the car park attendant you are part of the
